Casa Mi Media Naranja (140m2) is situated on a beautiful private estate - which is accessed via an electric gate - with inviting outdoor areas and its own swimming pool where you can find a quiet spot in the sun at any time of the day. The house is suitable for 6 people and is laid out as follows:
- A beautiful open living room with a sitting area and a fireplace. There is a smart TV, where you can download Ziggo, Netflix, etc., and then stream it to the television.
- An open kitchen with a sitting/dining bar. Outside the summer months, there is also a small dining table, so you can eat also comfortably inside.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, espresso machine, dishwasher, hand mixer and a toaster & kettle from SMEG.
- There are 3 bedrooms of which 1 master bedroom. This room has a double bed (180x200cm), an ensuite bathroom (with toilet, sink, and walk-in shower), and French doors to the terrace. The 2 other bedrooms have a double bed (180x200cm), one of which can also be made as two single beds (90x200cm).
- There is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, 2 sinks, and a toilet.
- In the utility room, you will find a washing machine and ironing facilities.
Outside:
In the lush fenced garden - which is attractively lit in the evening - you will find:
