• The all-white property has an open plan layout, with comfortable spaces spilling into each other.

• Anchoring the house on the ground floor is the airy living room with a fireplace looking onto the pool deck.

• In a separate section right next to it is the dining area, with a row of windows and a table fit for 6 people.

• Within this space is the open kitchen, where you will find an espresso machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, grill, toaster and kettle.

• The house has 4 bedrooms in all, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor, all with double beds (180 cm x 200 cm).

• There are 4 bathrooms, all ensuite and there is one guestroom with toilet. The ensuite bathrooms have rain showers and some have a bathtub.

Outside

• A wooden deck encircles the house, offering spots for rest and relaxation. 

• There are cosy seating areas as well as a dining table for 8 people.

• On the edge of the deck, towards the front of the house, is a large solar-heated pool with shrubbery and pool lounge chairs around. There is also a barbeque grill here for cookouts.

• Guests can also step over the deck and onto the garden beyond, which has sweeping views of the landscape.

• The property has room for 2 cars to park inside, but outside on the street there is always extra space if necessary.

The house comes with a private housekeeper, who comes to the house every morning to clean or cook (additional cost) if wanted, during 4 hours. The exact timings and tasks can be scheduled before the stay.
