- Fully equipped kitchen including designer items from SMEG and essentials like a fridge, induction stove, oven, espresso machine, microwave & dishwasher. Adjacent is the cozy dining area with a round table for 6 persons.
- Laundry room with a washing machine & laundry tub.
- Additional toilet room with a sink & WC.

- The King Suite with a king-size bed (composed of two single beds - 90cm x 200cm) and windows opening up to the river view.
