The villa is ideal for families and groups of friends, offering 6 bedrooms (for 10 adults) one of which is a cozy children's room with two bunk beds. Casa Montada is an exclusive design house with multiple houses that together can accommodate 10 adults and 4 children. It is a beautiful retreat for families or friends to enjoy privacy and tranquility.

Layout Casa Montado | 500 m²

Main house:

  • Stylish and bright living room with spacious sitting/lounge areas and doors to the outside
  • Ensuite master bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with shower and bath. 
  • Second ensuite bedroom and a nice children's room with two bunk beds. 
  • A separate TV/media room.

Dining house:

  • Dining room with a round dining table and fireplace. Adjacent is a spacious kitchen with a kitchen island.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a large Lacanche gas stove, blender, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine with Nespresso, juicer, dishwasher, and spacious refrigerator

Guest house:

  • Three ensuite bedrooms with a queen-size bed, and bathrooms with shower. Two bedrooms are connected by a door.
  • Covered terrace with lounge area.

Pool house:

  • Closed bar with sink, freezer, and refrigerator plus a Nespresso coffee machine.
  • Sauna, dressing room, shower and sink.

Staff house

Outdoor areas:

  • Covered terrace with dining table for 14 people and second covered terrace with lounge area
