- The heart of Casa Morelli is an open living area with a kitchen, a lounge- and dining area.
- The custom-made kitchen has a fully integrated wall unit with a sink and storage space. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a hob, a wine fridge, a faucet with sparkling water, several coffee machines, a panini toaster, high-quality cooking utensils, as well as crockery, glasses, and cutlery.
- In the dining area is a beautiful large round wooden table with six handmade wooden chairs and patio doors give access to the lounge terrace.
- The lounge area has a long comfortable sofa and a fireplace.
- The living gives access to a study room with a sofa (bed) for two people. This room can serve as a third bedroom. The room is connected to a small modern bathroom with a toilet, a walk-in shower, and a beautiful freestanding sink.
- In the separate sleeping area of the house is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, and a sink.
- The master bedroom is on the top floor, which you can reach with a staircase located in the hall.
- The master bedroom is furnished with a handmade solid wood floor made of antique oak beams. The sink and bathtub are custom-made from local travertine blocks.
- Both bedrooms have large box spring beds (210 x 180m) with natural mattresses, which, together with the integrated mosquito screens, ensure a good night's rest.

- The outdoor kitchen has a built-in barbecue.
- Slightly above the house (50 meters away) is a communal pool, which is shared with five adjoining private houses. A sun terrace with loungers, a seating area, and a parasol surrounds the pool.
- There are two parking spaces in the shade of the cypress trees that can be accessed from the house via a natural stone footpath.
