Casa Nova is an attractive townhouse, situated in a charming old quarter of the historic town of Silves in the Algarve. Behind the unassuming facade of this old house, a stylish hideaway reveals itself where elegance, comfort, and design blend harmoniously. 

Clean lines, light tiled floors, and white walls are complemented by natural materials and a touch of green, giving the place a fresh, yet warm feel. The house also offers all the amenities for a relaxing holiday, such as a fully-equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms with large rain showers, and air-conditioning throughout.

On the ground floor, an open plan living area with a lounge corner, dining table and kitchen opens directly onto the terrace, which features a beautiful plunge pool with lounge sofa, perfect for a relaxing afternoon! A spacious ensuite bedroom and a small courtyard garden with tropical plants are one level down. On the top floor, you will find the ensuite master bedroom and a beautiful balcony with bathtub with fantastic views over Silves and the River Arade.

Casa Nova is an ideal house for people who are looking for peace and quiet and a piece of authentic Portugal. The traditional city life of Silves is within walking distance while beautiful beaches and nice coastal towns - such as Carvoeiro and Portimão - are only a 20-minute drive away.

Lovely design villa for 4 persons just 20 minutes from the sea in the Algarve

Casa Nova (127m2) is a beautiful townhouse spread over three floors and features a private hot tub and plunge pool. With two bedrooms, the house can accommodate 4 people and is ideal for two couples or a family with (older) children. The layout of the house is as follows:

  • The ground floor combines a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen and has direct access to the terrace with the plunge pool. You will find a comfortable sofa and television in the sitting area and a round dining table for 4 people. The bioethanol fireplace offers coziness in the cooler months.
  • The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, and kettle. 
  • A spacious bedroom with a bathroom with a double rain shower and a small patio (courtyard) is one level down. This room has a queen-size bed (160x200cm) that can be separated into two single beds. The room has no door so it cannot be locked.
  • The master bedroom is on the top floor. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200cm), a bathroom with a rain shower, and a separate toilet. The balcony of this room offers a beautiful view and has a bath tub. The room has no door so it cannot be locked.
  • The house also has a washing machine and air conditioning. A cot and high chair are available for small guests.
  • The terrace offers a plunge pool with sunbeds and an outdoor shower
  • There is a crib and high chair available on request
