Casa Perruchena is a beautifully restored country house in the hills of Andalusia. With panoramic views, a heated pool, various outdoor terraces, and a cozy interior full of character, it is a wonderful place to relax with one or two families.
Layout Casa Perruchena (140m2) | 8 people (ideal for 4 adults and 4 children)
- You enter on the first floor where the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located, as well as the open living room with fireplace, and the kitchen
- The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, kettle, blender, and an Espresso machine. From the living room, you step onto the covered terrace.
- Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed (bedroom one: 140cm x 200cm, bedroom two: 160cm x 200cm), bedroom three has a bunk bed and two single beds (90cm x 200cm).
- On the ground floor is the dining room with a table for 8 people, a lounge sofa, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a door to the outside; to the pool area with the outdoor kitchen (with wood oven, barbecue) and the lounge area.
Outside (800m2)
On different levels around the house, you will find terraces:
- On the highest level are some lounge sofas and a jeu-de-boules court
- On a lower level, you'll find some loungers in the sun and a covered terrace with a dining table perfect for breakfast
- On the lowest level, there is a covered terrace next to the pool with a dining table and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, wood oven, and sink
The saltwater pool (3.30 x 8m and 180 cm deep) can be heated and has a sun terrace all around with sun beds, thatched parasols, and an outdoor shower.
There is a private parking for 4 cars.
