Casa Preziosa is a recently renovated luxury holiday villa in Le Marche. The stunning property features a favoured Nice2stay interior; natural materials, such as ancient wooden doors, stone walls and leather butterfly chairs blend effortlessly with clean lines and Scandinavian design.

The holiday villa enjoys a spacious setting and comprises multiple floors and spaces that merge seamlessly into one another, making it almost impossible to describe! 

Casa Preziosa also boasts a number of luxury facilities, including air conditioning (between 7 pm - 10 am), an espresso machine, box spring beds and en-suite bathrooms (equipped with rain shower, wash basin and toilet) in every bedroom. Bathrobes, slippers, toiletries and laundry bags are additionally provided.

The tranquil holiday villa is beautifully situated on a strada bianca (country road). Surrounded by verdant hills, it also benefits from plenty of privacy. The nearest restaurant is only 1 km away and the lively village of Mogliano just 3 km distant. With a beach and beautiful walking areas within a half hour-drive, there’s certainly more than enough to keep everyone occupied!
