Once inside, you are greeted by lots of natural light and a simple and sophisticated style. The minimalist design consists of natural tones, soft fabrics, comfortable lounge chairs, beautiful photography and designer furniture. Fully unwind and enjoy all the luxury and comfort that Casa Pyla has to offer, such as: 5 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and stonewashed linen, 4 luxurious bathrooms with walk-in showers made of polished concrete, a modern kitchen and inviting lounge areas inside and outside. Casa Pyla is designed to create a serene and inspiring environment.
Outside, the spacious ipe-wood terrace is the place to enjoy the sun during the summer and to light up the barbecue later in the day for a communal dinner at the large Fermob garden table. The garden is full of old pine trees with hammocks in between, which creates an intimate atmosphere. The terrace has large, built-in benches where you can enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family. From the house it is a 2-minute walk to the beach at Pyla-sur-Mer. Here you can lie on the beach in summer and take a dive in the Bassin d'Arcachon. Also outside the summer months you can make excellent walks along the coast and through the dunes.

- Spacious, open living room with a large linen sofa by Bed and Philosophy, various design chairs and an Apple TV with streaming function.
- Adjacent is the long dining table for 8 persons.
- Open design kitchen with cooking island and bar. The kitchen is equipped with: espresso machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, induction hob with built-in extractor, toaster, blender and other cooking utensils. Next to the kitchen is an extra dining table, overlooking the garden.
- 1 Bedroom on the ground floor, with double bed (140 x 200), wardrobe, stonewashed bed linen, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with large walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
- 3 Bedroom on the first floor with double bed (180 x 200), wardrobe, stonewashed bed linen, and ensuite bathroom. 2 Bathrooms with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The last bathroom has a bath shower combination, sink and toilet.
- 1 Bedroom on the first floor, with double bed (160 x 200), clothes storage and stonewashed bed linen.

Large glass sliding doors lead from the dining area to the wooden terrace, with built-in benches/steps for sitting. A few steps lead down to the lower shaded garden.

- There are 2 parking spaces on the premises. As they are under old pine trees, the owners strongly advise you to bring a car cover to protect your car from resin drops.
