A characterful Spanish villa, furnished with iconic pieces by Pierre Paulin, Afra & Tobia Scarpa, Ray & Charles Eames, and carefully curated vintage finds. The interior radiates personality: dark wood, soft fabrics, organic shapes, art on the walls and bathrooms that shine with Moroccan tiles, reminiscent of a boutique riad.

The interior spaces are open, warm and inviting. Large windows open onto terraces and comfortable seating areas with a fireplace for cooler evenings. There are three serene bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and above it all a roof terrace where, in the morning, the view slowly unfolds over the Coll de Rates. The pool house — complete with kitchen, sitting area, bedroom and bathroom — feels like a private hideaway of its own, perfect for guests who appreciate their own cocoon.

In the Mediterranean garden you will discover a mosaic of places to relax: a long table beneath an old tree for endless dinners, shaded lounge corners, a pizza oven, sun loungers, fruit trees, an olive grove and a swimming pool shimmering in the sun. Everything exudes calm, as if life here naturally moves at a slower pace.

The surroundings offer a world of contrasts: the steep slopes of the Coll de Rates (a paradise for cyclists), the vintage market in Jalón, quiet mountain villages, and the coastline of Moraira, just a half-hour drive away, with its turquoise waters and inviting beach days.

Set within a Mediterranean garden with fruit trees and an olive grove, the property consists of a main villa and a fully equipped pool house. With views over the Coll de Rates, multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas and a roof terrace, this is an ideal retreat for families and groups of friends who value comfort and style.
