In this beautiful environment, the Dutch owners have revived an old house with plenty of love. Old and new now seamlessly blend and create a tasteful ambiance in which you can ultimately enjoy your holiday.
Casa Rocchetti consists of a large house with four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms suitable for 10 people. There are also two smaller properties on the domain, which can accommodate an additional six people. You can rent either the main house only or together with the annexes, depending on the composition of your party.
Both the house as well as the gardens and grounds (5ha) are designed by an architect. Predominantly local and natural materials such as wood and stone are used and complemented with attractive items in neutral colors.
All bedrooms feature modern bathrooms and overlook the gardens, terraces, and hills. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a dining room, several livings and a study room/library.
Outside in the magnificent garden full of flowers and herbs, you can unwind in one of the shaded lounge areas. Nestled in lush greenery, the inviting pool and large comfortable sofa provide phenomenal views of the surroundings. In Casa Rocchetti, there is enough space for everyone to come together, cook, talk, laugh, eat and drink, but above all to enjoy life.
The nearest village is Roccaverano where you find a pleasant restaurant, a bar, and a supermarket. Make a day trip to the sea (1h10 drive) or visit the charming towns of Alba (42km) and Asti (45 km).

Layout of the main house (maximum 10 people)
On the first floor you will find:
- A large entrance hall with access to the study room with a library, a dining room with a fireplace, which can also be seen from the spacious kitchen.
- A modern and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for refined chefs and gourmands. There is a wine refrigerator, an ice machine, and two ovens.
- A covered terrace only a few steps away from the kitchen; it’s the perfect spot for dining together.
- A large bedroom with a double bed and an open bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet, plus a fireplace and a dressing room.
- A bedroom with a double bed and a passageway with another double bed.
On the ground floor you will find:
- Two bedrooms with a double bed and a large bathroom with shower and toilet
- A utility room with a washing machine and dryer
- Three interconnected rooms equipped with a fireplace, TV, and DVD player
Annex 1 (Maximum 3 people)
- Ground floor: a living/bedroom with a single bed, bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
- First floor: an open bedroom with a double bed and access to the garden
Annex 2 (Maximum 3 people)
- Ground floor: a dining room with a kitchen, living/bedroom with a single bed.
- Basement: A large and open bedroom with a double bed and an open bathroom with shower and toilet. Direct access to the garden.
The outbuildings are close to the main building (about 15 steps away).
