Layout of the main house (maximum 10 people)

On the first floor you will find:

• A large entrance hall with access to the study room with a library, a dining room with a fireplace, which can also be seen from the spacious kitchen.
• A modern and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for refined chefs and gourmands. There is a wine refrigerator, an ice machine, and two ovens.
• A covered terrace only a few steps away from the kitchen; it’s the perfect spot for dining together.
• A large bedroom with a double bed and an open bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet, plus a fireplace and a dressing room.
• A bedroom with a double bed and a passageway with another double bed.

On the ground floor you will find:

• Two bedrooms with a double bed and a large bathroom with shower and toilet
• A utility room with a washing machine and dryer
• Three interconnected rooms equipped with a fireplace, TV, and DVD player

Annex 1 (Maximum 3 people)

• Ground floor: a living/bedroom with a single bed, bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
• First floor: an open bedroom with a double bed and access to the garden

Annex 2 (Maximum 3 people)

• Ground floor: a dining room with a kitchen, living/bedroom with a single bed.
• Basement: A large and open bedroom with a double bed and an open bathroom with shower and toilet. Direct access to the garden.

The outbuildings are close to the main building (about 15 steps away).

The magnificent garden and a covered terrace are situated on the north side and provide welcoming shade in summer. The terrace is equipped with a pizza oven, a stone barbecue, a sink, a large dining table, and a lounge sofa.

At the poolside, you can relax in the comfortable cushioned built-in bench (6x2m) that is covered by a shade sail. Furthermore, there are four sunbeds and a small pool house with a shower and toilet.
