Casa Rosmarino is a beautifully located holiday home, surrounded by the green mountains of the Italian region Basilicata. This region is located in the south of the country and is an idyllic destination for a relaxing holiday, surrounded by beautiful beaches and characteristic southern Italian cities.

Casa Rosmarino combines the charm of Italian tradition, with a playful, contemporary interior. The authentic stone walls create a relaxed atmosphere and the colourful details and special decorations give Casa Rosmarino a bohemian touch. The cosy living room with the open kitchen forms the centre of the house and offers a nice place for all guests to get together. There are three spacious bedrooms, each with a stylish ensuite bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub under a panoramic window and offers a wonderful view of the beautiful surroundings.

Due to the exceptional location of the house - completely private and surrounded by green mountains - you will experience a feeling of openness and at the same time complete privacy. The terrace surrounding the entire house offers several lounge areas to relax. In addition, the dining terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy an al-fresco lunch or dinner. Further on, you will find the infinity pool, where you can enjoy the panoramic, unobstructed view in total peace.

Tasteful vacation home for 6 people with private pool in Basilicata

Layout Casa Rosmarino:
200 m²

Ground floor: 

  • Bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with double washbasin, double shower and separate toilet.
  • Direct access to the ground floor terrace with an outdoor shower.                                             

First floor: 

  • Entrance hall with guest toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
  • Bedroom with double bed, double washbasin, walk-in shower, freestanding bath with views of the valley and a toilet. 
  • Open plan living room with a wood burning fireplace, dining room and kitchen.
  • Access to the second floor terrace with traditional wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue.
  • Spacious dining table under a shady pergola and an outdoor shower                                            

Second floor: 

  • Bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.    
  • Direct access to the private terrace on the top floor, with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.    

Outside:
Casa Rosmarino stands on an estate of over 7 hectares, giving you plenty of peace and privacy. 

  • The lower infinity pool is 10 by 4 metres, with a depth of 1.50 metres. Here you will also find sunbeds and parasols. 
  • There are no less than 3 outdoor showers, one on each floor.  
  • There are parking spaces right next to the house. 

Kindly note that due to the many stairs and unfenced terraces, the house is most suitable for children over the age of twelve.
