Casa Santa Cruz is a beautifully renovated holiday home, hovering above the rugged coastline of the Costa Blanca. From the house and the sunny terraces you have a spectacular view of the green mountain slopes and the stunning sea. This property offers guests the opportunity to completely unwind and it is the ideal home base for exploring this beautiful Spanish region!
Upon entering, you are greeted by lots of natural light, which cascades through the large windows. In addition, these windows provide a seamless transition of the indoor and outdoor spaces, with the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea shining as a backdrop everywhere you look.
Casa Santa Cruz is characterized by Ibiza-style furnishings and luxurious finishes. Inside you will find many natural materials such as the wooden doors, the braided rugs and rattan decorations. The mix of Spanish details and the contemporary interior gives the house a lot of warmth and atmosphere.
There are three bedrooms, each with comfortable king size beds and luxury ensuite bathrooms. The modern and well-equipped kitchen opens onto the open living room and beyond that the beautiful panoramic terrace. There is an outdoor kitchen with plancha, bbq and paella burner for communal dining. The lower level pool offers the necessary cooling on hot summer days, but the beautiful beaches around Moraira and Benissa are also within easy reach.

When booking, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount is required. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum is to be paid immediately. In case of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will be made. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The owners ask fo a deposit of 1500 euro, which has to be paid in advance to Nice2stay. You will receive a payment request 1 week before your arrival. If you leave the accommodation and no damage is visible, the deposit will be returned within 14 days.

Casa Santa Cruz is fully enjoying a unique sea view with only the sound of the sea and the seagulls in the background. The house is located at the end of a quiet residential area with unobstructed sea views.
Enjoy a delicious cocktail in the evening on one of the many terraces (eg L'Andrago Algas in Moraira) or beach bars (eg at La Fustera) along the coast towards Calpe. You can also dine in the many cozy tapa bars or restaurants in the area. Restaurant Amantes in Moraira (8.5 km) is highly recommended for its delicious paella and fish dishes.
Furthermore, there are some beautiful bays with sandy beaches in the area where you can relax and swim all day. For example, you can drive to the beach of El Portet (6.5 km), a bay with beautifully clear water or to the beach Cala Baladrar (12 km) or to Caleta de l'Advocat (13 km), where a small sandy beach is located behind the high cliffs. At La Fustera beach (14 km) starts the beautiful walking route Passeig Ecològic de Benissa (4 km long), which leads to the town of Calpe (25 km). Because of the many trees, this route is also good to walk in the hot summer months and the various views of beautiful bays is definitely worth it. In the summer Calpe is a fairly touristy place, but the town has many stores, bars, beach bars, restaurants and plenty of sunbeds on the beach.
Other places on the Costa Blanca are: Moraira (8.5 km), a not so touristy village with several restaurants, bars and stores or Altea (36 km), a charming fishing village with a cozy harbor and small streets filled with traditional white houses. Take a short drive to the seaside resort of Dénia (25 km). The symbol of this historic town is the Castle of Dénia built on a cliff from where you have an incredible view of the old town, the coast and even the Montgó massif.
If you prefer to visit the bustling cities, then Alicante (84 km) and Valencia (124 km) are also within easy reach. You can also fly to the airport of Alicante (70 minutes), Valencia (90 minutes).
