The traditional house was renovated with respect for the past, preserving the old beamed ceilings, rough stone walls, and terracotta floors, and is complemented by a contemporary interior. Natural materials and colors characterize the spacious living rooms and bedrooms that have a serene and warm ambiance.

In addition to a comfortable living room and kitchen, you will find five double bedrooms, two of which are located in the annex called 'Capella'. On the grounds (of no less than 10,000m2!) of Casa Santa Stefano you will find yourself in an oasis of peace. The house is located in a rural area with picturesque villages  - such as medieval Sarnano - wine farms and numerous opportunities for walking and cycling. The beaches on the Adriatic coast can be reached in an hour's drive and in winter you can be on the nearest ski slopes within half an hour.
