The largest homes, Casa Buendia and Dolcevita, are ideal for families with children who are most welcome. Each house is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a safe, digital television, and internet connection. Parking is only 100m away.

• For an additional fee, you can enjoy an extensive breakfast at the Bed & Breakfast Casa Talía, which is managed by the same owners and is just a stone's throw away from all the houses. Breakfast consists of homemade jam, fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, orange juice, bread, and pastries. In summer, you can have breakfast outside in the shade of the fig tree, while on colder days you are invited in the cozy breakfast room.
• For your dinner, the owners and staff can recommend the best chefs and restaurants in Modica and make a reservation for you. From local trattoria to the Michelin-starred Accursio restaurant... Be sure to try them out! 
• The owners can also organize cooking lessons and guided tours in the surrounding area (to baroque towns, nature reserves, beaches, and the Etna volcano). 

Extra information: 

The houses of Talía are situated on a hill. From the city (Corso Umberto) it is a 10-minute climb up the hill - not ideal for people with walking difficulties or very young children.
