The houses - hidden in the historical streets of the city - blend the old structure harmoniously with a contemporary design and a touch of vintage... Natural and local materials (such as wood, stone walls, limestone plaster, and tiled floors) dominate and form elegant spaces where you can enjoy the authentic atmosphere of this alluring city with family and friends.
Each of the houses has a panoramic balcony, terrace, or garden where you can have breakfast with a breathtaking view of the cathedral or unwind in silence with a good book in the shade of the pergola. Some houses even have a plunge pool, swimming pool, or outdoor shower; perfect for cooling off in summer.
When you step out of the door, you will find yourself in the suggestive streets of the city, and within a short ride, you reach other fabulous baroque towns, the authentic fishing village of Marzamemi, and the undiscovered sandy beaches of the nature reserve Vendicari.

In addition to its boutique hotel rooms, Casa Talía also offers independent holiday homes that have been beautifully restored. In the middle of an authentic setting, unique design, and stylish ambiance, here, you will be treated to fantastic views that you can enjoy from your private balcony, terrace, or garden.
The houses have different sizes - suitable for 2-6 persons - and are spread over several floors. The largest homes, Casa Buendia and Dolcevita, are ideal for families with children who are most welcome. Each house is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a safe, digital television, and internet connection. Parking is only 100m away.
Services:
- For an additional fee, you can enjoy an extensive breakfast at the Bed & Breakfast Casa Talía, which is managed by the same owners and is just a stone's throw away from all the houses. Breakfast consists of homemade jam, fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, orange juice, bread, and pastries. In summer, you can have breakfast outside in the shade of the fig tree, while on colder days you are invited in the cozy breakfast room.
- For your dinner, the owners and staff can recommend the best chefs and restaurants in Modica and make a reservation for you. From local trattoria to the Michelin-starred Accursio restaurant... Be sure to try them out!
