Casa Terralta is designed by the Apulian architects FLORE&VENEZIA and consists of an alluring white villa, spread over two levels, and charming trulli. It is set in a lush garden with a small citrus orchard behind it equipped with inviting outdoor pergolas a courtyard for dining and relaxing, and a private outdoor swimming pool.

The Villa

• On the ground floor is a living-dining room with an antique fireplace, dining table, and an open space to the designer kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils. The kitchen has an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, Espresso, toaster, and a kettle.
• On the same floor are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160-200cm) and a private bathroom
• The first floor, reached by a stone staircase, gives access to another single room with its own small bathroom and panoramic terraces. The showpiece is a stunning room with a vaulted stone ceiling and a heated plunge pool.

The Trulli

• The trulli-complex has a private courtyard and patio with a relaxation area
• Inside you will find a bedroom with a double bed (160-200cm) and an ensuite bathroom and a sofa bed for one adult

Outside

Casa Terralta is surrounded by a 4-hectare lush garden which is fully fenced, where you will find the following facilities:

• Covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, built-in stone barbecue, and a large dining table for 12 people
