Inside@Casa Tranquilidad (130 m2): 

• Well-equipped, sturdy kitchen with plenty of appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge, etc.
• The kitchen is open plan and comes out into the spacious living room with a sitting area, a fireplace for those chillier evenings, and French doors to the terrace.
• The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners that provide cooling in the summer and heating in winter.

Sleeping@Casa Tranquilidad:

• There’s a hallway off the living room, with two bedrooms and bathrooms to both sides. Two of the bedrooms boast double beds; the other two are equipped with two single beds. The first two bedrooms also have large cupboard spaces. 
• All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.
• All bedrooms benefit from en-suite bathrooms with bath or shower, toilet, wash basin, floor heating, and radiator. Whilst the bathrooms are not large, they are both practical and attractive, with colorful tiles, special wash basins, and playful details.
• The (box spring Ikea) beds are very comfortable.

Outdoor Living@Casa Tranquilidad:

•  There’s a large 85 m2 terrace to the front of the house, with a comfortable lounge sofa, chairs, and seats.
•  The view is quite simply phenomenal - overlooking a valley set between hills, with the sea in the distance.
•  The expansive exterior table is ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at sunset.
•  There’s also a large (gas) BBQ for those pleasant evenings spent enjoying fair trade products from the local market, with family and friends.

Swimming@Casa Tranquilidad:

• The swimming pool (9x3.5 meters) is located on a lower level and boasts a terrace of around 75 m2, complete with sunbeds, fixed parasols, and an outdoor shower.
• The clever use of stone, wood, and rugged tiles lends an industrial look to the terrace, which is beautifully illuminated in the evenings.
• The swimming pool is fully enclosed meaning that you needn’t worry about your little ones.
