Casa Vella del Panta is a lovely family villa in the northern part of Spain; a fantastic spot to enjoy a holiday with family or friends in perfect comfort. The villa consists of two levels:

Inside:

• A bright living room with a lounge corner, fireplace, and lots of light
• A well-equipped open kitchen with a dining table
• Guest toilet
• 8 spacious bedrooms suitable for 16 adults and 6 children + 2 attic rooms for a total of 4 children (not too small, due to the steep stairs)
  • One double room has an extra bunk bed 
  • All bedrooms have a private luxury bathroom with a bath/shower, washbasin, and toilet.
  • The bedrooms have lots of daylight and most of them have a view of either the garden or the lake, one room even has an open fireplace.
  • One bedroom is accessible for wheelchair users, the ensuite bathroom is adapted. 
  • To both sides of the living room, a (pretty steep) staircase leads to the attic with two extra rooms that have single beds with comfortable matrasses on wood pallets.

Outdoors:

The Masia stands on 4 acres of private land and offers plenty of space outside, which is well-used. The large green garden with lawn invites you to play, run, play soccer, swing, or just relax in the hammock or the spacious Jacuzzi (which can be heated from April to late October, in the other months the jacuzzi can not be heated). From the garden you have a wide view of the lake and in the distance the Mediterranean Sea.

Other highlights in the garden are:

• Large semi-covered patio with tangerine trees, adjacent to the kitchen, with dining table, large BBQ, and around cozy sofas.
• Jacuzzi of 3x3 meters and 90 cm deep. A waterfall and seating areas in the jacuzzi provide fun and relaxation. 
• Sun terrace with chairs and parasol next to the jacuzzi.
• Hammock attached to a Eucalyptus tree plus a self-constructed swing
• Paths that lead towards the in-ground trampoline with a safety net
• Herb garden that you can use any time you like
• Between the jacuzzi and behind the courtyard, we have a stair leading up to a plateau with a big new 9x3,5m swimming pool and sundeck.
• Just behind the courtyard, you find a play zone; a tennis table game for kids. A big ping-pong table and football game on a wooden deck, covered with a jaima. 

In the spotlights:

• Fine house to rent even outside the summer, because of the central heating, presence of a fireplace, and jacuzzi that can be heated (from April to the end of October). 
• The house was completely remodeled in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner. The owners received a certificate as validation for their efforts.
• The house has a film projector for watching movies or TV on a large screen in the living room.
• The villa is located in a completely private and peaceful setting, which offers panoramic views over the lake. A little way downward from the villa (not visible when you are sitting in the garden) you will find a path that leads towards the nearby village of Argenteras.
• Casa Vella del Panta is located at walking distance (across the road) from the Riudecanyes Lake, which is perfect for swimming, canoeing or kayaking. Casa Vella del Panta has its own private entrance to the lake.
• The house has been thoughtfully remodeled with a focus on sustainability and environmental friendliness. The owners’ commitment to these values has been recognized with a certificate honoring their eco-conscious efforts.
