Casa Vistas is located on the mountainside with phenomenal views over Lake Vinuela, the mountain la Maroma with the villages of Periana, Alcaucin and Canillas de Aceituno in the distance. An ideal location in Andalusia, where you benefit from the tranquility and can also lie on the beach within half an hour or in 40 minutes with a cold drink in a rooftop bar in Malaga.

The bohemian interior provides a serene and timeless appearance, with all floors and bathrooms finished with microcement and gold brushed brass faucets. Large windows bring nature inside. The entire house is air-conditioned, as are the three bedrooms ((one can be reached from the outside) with comfortable beds and beautiful bed linen.

The big eye-catcher is the outdoors, around the villa there are sun terraces, seating areas and of course the 10-meter long swimming pool. Beautifully decorated with nice sunbeds, beanbags, outdoor shower, covered lounge and a bbq area. You are constantly in a holiday mood here, not least because of the palm trees that give the garden an exotic touch.

With Casa Vistas as your home base, you can go in all directions in Andalusia; lazing around on the beach, strolling through ancient cities, spending a day shopping and soaking up historical culture.

  • Attractive living room with nice lounge around the built-in fireplace and sliding glass doors to the terrace and impressive views
  • Dining room with two meter dining table, six chairs and doors to the terrace
  • Bedroom 1 | 9m2 | comfortable bed of 160x200cm, wardrobe and sliding doors to the pool terrace. The bathroom is next to the bedroom (with walk-in shower, toilet, sink)
  • Bedroom 2 | 11 m2 | comfortable bed of 160x200cm, wardrobe and window overlooking the entrance area. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink
  • The master bedroom | 20 m2 | is located on the 1st floor (reachable from the outside), size bed 180x200 cm, wardrobe and view over Lake Vinuela. Ensuite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, toilet, sink
  • 20m2 Bedroom 3 with 180x200 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and a view over Lake Vinuela. An adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and bath
  • Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink and finished with gold brushed brass faucets and microcement. Roller shutters make the rooms nice and dark, so that you can enjoy your night's sleep for a long time. Of course there is also air conditioning (hot / cold)

Outdoor space:

  • The swimming pool is 10 x 2 meters long. Perfect for swimming laps. 
  • On the left side of the house there are sun terraces with 4 sun beds, 2 sun bags, outdoor shower and a built-in lounge sofa with beautiful views
