Despite being old and neglected, the Dutch owners decided to purchase Casa Vittore in 2015. Together with an architect, they tamed the wilderness of a garden and completely gutted and modernised the villa. They’re now incredibly proud of their very own paradise in the Algarve, where guests can enjoy the beauty and hospitality of southern Portugal.

An electric gate leads to the Casa Vittore grounds, which are completely fenced. There’s parking for two cars and an enticing garden with rewarding views of the verdant valley below and Atlantic Ocean beyond.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is connected to a dining area. Alternatively, guests can make use of the outdoor kitchen with concrete table and seating. The kitchen, with concrete micro cement worktop, is equipped with an electric oven, a modern kitchen island with induction hob and all essential cooking utensils, a dishwasher, blender, toaster, espresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer. A handy open plan utility room with washing machine is located next to the kitchen. 

The dining room spills into a spacious living room with large flat screen TV (with over 250 channels!) and a fireplace. Thanks to folding concertina doors, the living room can open out fully onto the large covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. At pool level are three tastefully furnished bedrooms with king-size beds and two large bathrooms (one of which is en-suite). The bathrooms benefit from heated floors, two wash basins and walk-in rain showers. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor, and also boasts an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. This bedroom additionally benefits from a lovely private terrace.  

The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and there’s high-speed Internet throughout the holiday home and around the pool and gardens. The swimming pool (measuring 4m x 11m and 1.50m deep) benefits from a sun terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, and is a genuine highlight of the property. Next to the swimming pool, behind the palm trees, you’ll also find a Jacuzzi that comfortably accommodates five adults.

This spacious holiday villa is ideal for those who enjoy socialising, yet still wish to retain a sense of privacy. With so many quiet corners, terraces and shady spots, Casa Vittore is the perfect place for relaxing, reading, sunbathing or swimming.
