This modern villa in Spain 'Casa Wils' is the holiday paradise of the Wils family. They are here a few times a year to enjoy the Spanish sun and are happy to offer you the opportunity to share in their happiness. The house has been stylishly furnished to a high standard and offers all modern comforts, including air conditioning and underfloor heating in all areas.

• In the living/dining room, you will find a spacious lounge area with two sofas and a wood-burning stove, a high dining table, and a reading corner with a comfortable sofa.
• The sleek kitchen is equipped with a large marble cooking island annex breakfast bar and all modern appliances including an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine climate cabinet, Nespresso machine, and all crockery and cooking utensils. Here you have all the facilities to prepare a delicious meal ... but you probably can't get enough of the wood oven pizza and BBQ evenings.
• There are five ensuite bedrooms, carefully decorated with playful accessories and comfortable beds. On one side of the house are three en-suite bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is the master bedroom, located on the other side of the house, and has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. A walk-in wardrobe offers plenty of space for your wardrobe.
• In the pool house is the fifth bedroom, here you will also find a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, and coffee machine. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.
• The pool house has an infrared sauna where you can enjoy a moment of pure relaxation!

The centerpiece of the house outside, is the veranda, the perfect shady spot on hot days, with a long dining table, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and wood oven, and a lovely lounge area. From one of the hammocks under a beautiful canopy, you can dive into the 10x4 meter swimming pool (which can be heated at an additional cost). The wonderful day beds invite you to daydream, the spectacular 360-degree view all around will help you with this. The lawn is wonderful for small children to play, and children are also very welcome in Casa Wils. Down in the garden is another terrace with a table tennis table, dart board, lounge, and kitchenette (for cold drinks!).
