This modern villa in Spain 'Casa Wils' is the holiday paradise of the Wils family. They are here a few times a year to enjoy the Spanish sun and are happy to offer you the opportunity to share in their happiness. The house has been stylishly furnished to a high standard and offers all modern comforts, including air conditioning and underfloor heating in all areas.
- In the living/dining room, you will find a spacious lounge area with two sofas and a wood-burning stove, a high dining table, and a reading corner with a comfortable sofa.
- The sleek kitchen is equipped with a large marble cooking island annex breakfast bar and all modern appliances including an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine climate cabinet, Nespresso machine, and all crockery and cooking utensils. Here you have all the facilities to prepare a delicious meal ... but you probably can't get enough of the wood oven pizza and BBQ evenings.
- There are five ensuite bedrooms, carefully decorated with playful accessories and comfortable beds. On one side of the house are three en-suite bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is the master bedroom, located on the other side of the house, and has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. A walk-in wardrobe offers plenty of space for your wardrobe.
- In the pool house is the fifth bedroom, here you will also find a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, and coffee machine. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.
- The pool house has an infrared sauna where you can enjoy a moment of pure relaxation!
The centerpiece of the house outside, is the veranda, the perfect shady spot on hot days, with a long dining table, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and wood oven, and a lovely lounge area. From one of the hammocks under a beautiful canopy, you can dive into the 10x4 meter swimming pool (which can be heated at an additional cost). The wonderful day beds invite you to daydream, the spectacular 360-degree view all around will help you with this. The lawn is wonderful for small children to play, and children are also very welcome in Casa Wils.
