Casa Winther is a beautifully restored holiday home with a separate guest house that is peacefully nestled among the vineyards of the Italian region of Umbria. The lodgings together accommodate 12 people, so ideal for a relaxing holiday with a large family or friends. Casa Winther features attractive spaces inside and outside to spend time together but as well to enjoy a moment for yourself.

Main house (12 people):

Ground floor:

• On the ground floor is a beautiful open plan living on 3 different levels with the kitchen in the middle.
• The dining room is on the lowest level and features a large wooden dining table (with 10 chairs), a fireplace, an antique china cabinet and direct access to the garden.
• The kitchen is half a floor higher and has a large cooking island with a sink and a gas hob. There is also a stainless-steel wall cupboard with a fridge/freezer and a large oven as well as storage racks with various kitchen tools and crockery. The kitchen offers access to the terraces on both sides of the house.
• Half a floor higher is the sun-drenched living room with a wood-burning stove and a beautiful tiled floor. This warm room with panoramas of the hilly landscape is furnished with two modern sofas and two designer butterfly chairs.
• On the ground floor, are also two double bedrooms plus one bedroom with two separate beds. The bedrooms are all nicely furnished, equipped with a desk, a designer chair, and carefully chosen lighting.
• Furthermore, this floor has two modern bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub).

First floor: 

• A staircase in the kitchen takes you to an office/TV room on the mezzanine. Here is a desk with two chairs, a computer with a broadband internet connection, a DVD player, an iPod box, a flat screen television, and a few soft poufs.
• On this floor are three more bedrooms, one with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The two other bedrooms have two separate beds and a bathroom with a shower. Both bathrooms have access to a small terrace. 

Guesthouse (4 people):

• The guest house has an open living with a kitchen unit, equipped with a gas hob, sink, and oven. There is also a fireplace and a wooden dining table with 4 chairs in this room.
• The house also has two small bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
• The guest house has a small terrace with a pergola and a dining table with chairs.

The house is entirely equipped with mosquito nets and features a dryer and a washing machine.

Outside: 

• The dining room gives direct access to the covered terrace with a dining table with 10 comfortable chairs.
• On the other side of the house is another gorgeous terrace with a large dining table where you can enjoy a meal and the sun on fresher days.
• The large garden with olive trees features a fenced swimming pool (12x6m) with a shallow area for the little ones which is heated with solar energy.
• There are sun loungers on the sun terrace next to the pool, and there is also a covered terrace where you can sit in the shade (while the children play in the water)

Four mountain bikes and a table tennis table are available for the guests.
