The villa is modern, light and has a sleek, stylish design. With five bedrooms, Casa Xyza can accommodate ten people. Perfect for large and multiple families. All bedrooms are ensuite, providing ample privacy. Besides a spacious living room, there is a large luxury kitchen with lots of room for culinary creativities. And if you do not feel like cooking, a chef can visit you on request!

Several verandas offer you every opportunity to relax. One of them has, for example, an outdoor bar with lounge and at the dining table on another veranda, you can enjoy your meals altogether. The pool provides the necessary cooling and endless fun for the children. After a refreshing swim, you can enjoy the sun on one of the comfortable sun loungers. Fancy a relaxing yoga session on the roof? That can be arranged too!

Casa Xyza has everything indeed! However, there is more. Within a 15-minutes’ walk, you reach the beach and restaurants! The liveliness of this town can be felt from the accommodation. Furthermore, in the lively Ferragudo, you will find around the marina quaint shops and good restaurants. If you want to wander out in the area, you can take the water taxi to Portimão, an exciting city on the other side of the river.

Modern design villa with plenty of outdoor space, pool, and additional services

The layout of the villa (200 m2):

The villa is built on a hillside and has a bright, modern decor with playful details.

  • A large living room with spacious lounge area, fireplace, flat screen TV (250+ channels) and Sonos sound system.
  • A luxury open-plan kitchen with large cooking island, American fridge with large freezer and built-in ice maker, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a built-in barbecue outside next to the kitchen.
  • Five bedrooms of which one bedroom on a lower situated level, all with a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds), private air conditioning, and a small bathroom with walk-in rain shower. Every bedroom has access to one of the terraces.
  • The Master bedroom has a beautiful Zangra four-poster bed

Outdoors (800m2):

The villa is surrounded by several verandas with lush palm trees and other tropical greenery, inviting you to unwind.

  • At the back of the house, you will find the fenced private pool (9.5m x 4.5m and depth 1.45m - 1.95m) which nicely lit in the evening and comfortable loungers on the sun deck. There is also an outdoor shower.
  • On the side of the villa, there is a terrace with a built-in design bar, lounge corner, and outdoor fireplace.
  • The front of the villa has amazing sea views. Here is a large dining table for ten people.
  • There is also a rooftop terrace with a comfortable lounge area where you can enjoy the most breathtaking sunsets.
  • Casa Xyza is also a pleasant accommodation in the slightly fresher shoulder seasons. Play a game in the evening with the warmth and coziness of the wood stove in the background. Furthermore, there is everywhere floor heating (except in the bedrooms).
