- Open kitchen, simply furnished with an induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso, refrigerator
- Three ensuite bedrooms with a double bed, sink, shower, and toilet
- Laundry room in the hall with washing machine
Terraces:
- The living has direct access to a large private terrace with a 5-meter-long concrete dining table and a simple grill
- On the terrace, are four sun loungers for sunbathing and sitting areas
- A staircase brings you down to a shady terrace for relaxing moments which gives access to a large natural swimming pool (10x6 meters approximately) that fills and empties itself with seawater. It is open to the public, but you have it almost for yourself because it is in a 'hidden' spot.
