Casacosta Nextdoor is a remarkable holiday home on the Island of Tenerife. It is part of its mother home Casa Costa but operates completely independent. The private entrance and terraces offer plenty of privacy while the secluded location makes you feel 'away from it all'. This hideaway is set on the edge of the small village of El Poris at only 300 meters walk from a beach that is nestled in a sheltered bay protected from the wind that frequently blows on the island.
The architecture dates to the 1960s. The owners (themselves architects) have embarked on this and have transformed this former bodega into an inviting hideaway with a well-thought-out design and attractive décor from the 1950s. Air conditioning, bedrooms with comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms enhance comfort.
Take a morning swim in the natural pool in the rocks, explore the varied island, have a drink at the nearby beach and listen on the large terrace to the waves breaking on the rocks as the sun sets. The 5-meter-long outdoor dining table invites you to joint 'al fresco' meals.
Below the large terrace is a small terrace with a sunscreen and a cozy lounge area from which you have direct access to the natural pool that is filled by the waves with fresh seawater.

Casacosta Nextdoor is situated on the edge of a village in a small urbanization. From the street, a staircase leads to the apartment, which is built under the terrace of the adjacent Casa Costa.
Layout (120 m2)
Living areas:
- Spacious living with lounge (with Bluetooth music box) and plenty of natural light that enters through the large windows
- Open kitchen, simply furnished with an induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso, refrigerator
- Three ensuite bedrooms with a double bed, sink, shower, and toilet
- Laundry room in the hall with washing machine
Terraces:
- The living has direct access to a large private terrace with a 5-meter-long concrete dining table and a simple grill
- On the terrace, are four sun loungers for sunbathing and sitting areas
- A staircase brings you down to a shady terrace for relaxing moments which gives access to a large natural swimming pool (10x6 meters approximately) that fills and empties itself with seawater. It is open to the public, but you have it almost for yourself because it is in a 'hidden' spot.
