Casale Madre is a beautifully restored country house with an authentic atmosphere and all modern comfort. It is spread over two floors and can accommodate 6 people who can enjoy a relaxing stay in an idyllic setting. The house has a covered terrace and a private swimming pool that can be heated on request and for a fee.

Ground floor:

• There are two living rooms, both paved with the original old chianche tiles and furnished with comfortable sofas, a television, and a fireplace
• The living room opens onto the dining area with a large dining table and doors opening onto the terrace. The dining area is connected to the spacious kitchen via an archway
• The kitchen has a cooking island with an induction hob, a cupboard wall with an oven, and a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Espresso machine
• The master bedroom is on the ground floor and features a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a Turkish bath, and a private veranda
• A separate toilet
• A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer

Upper floor:

• Two large bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom equipped with terracotta bathtubs and a shower

Outside:
Casale Madre is surrounded by olive and almond trees and a vegetable garden with the possibility to harvest seasonal produce. Around the house you will find the following facilities:

• A covered terrace with a dining table and a lounge sofa
• Barbecue
• Private swimming pool (40m2 and 150cm deep) with hydromassage and a sun terrace with sunbeds, parasols, and an outdoor shower
• The swimming pool can be heated on request and for a fee and has a pool cover
• The garden is fenced and you enter it through an electric gate; there are private parking spaces
