At Casale Mignola, you will stay on a working olive oil farm. Upon arrival, a hand-painted, artisanal bottle of olive oil will be waiting for you to use (and to take back home).

Main house:

• Spacious living room with impressive design furniture of Caccaro and a cozy sitting area around the wood stove, made by the design brand Focus. 
• Further on you will find the dining room and the open kitchen, made of stainless steel and equipped with professional appliances, including an American refrigerator, double oven, gas cooker, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, microwave and other cooking utensils. 
• Next to the kitchen furniture is a table designed by Elite To Be, which can be used for cooking or having breakfast while enjoying the beautiful view of the surrounding hills. 
• Separate room with a vintage billiard table.
• Laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
• The stairs to the first floor lead to the four bedrooms of the main house. The bedrooms each have an antique king-size bed (200 x 200 cm), clothes storage and an ensuite bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, washbasin and a very spacious shower.

• The pool house is ideal for guests who appreciate the privacy of their room. 
• Here you will find a small living room with a sitting area, dining table and kitchen. 
• Further on, the bedroom with a king-size bed (200 x 200 cm) and the bathroom, is equipped with a toilet, washbasin and a very spacious shower.

• The outdoor areas of Casale Mignola consist of a large lawn surrounded by olive groves. 
• Next to the living room is a spacious covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue.
• Further on, you will find the beautiful infinity pool, from where you have a wonderful view over the rolling hills of Le Marche. 
• There is a heated pool with hydromassage (4x2m) for 8 people, under a pergola closed on each side with a glass door where you can enjoy an unbelievable view of Cingoli rolling hills.
• There are parking spaces on the premises.
