Perched on a quiet hilltop, surrounded by a sea of olive trees and overlooking the Valle d’Itria, you’ll find Casamorella — a modern, sustainable retreat offering peace and privacy. A long driveway leads you to this elegant escape, set on a private estate of no less than 15,000 m². Here, you are immersed in nature, with only the soft rustling of the wind and sweeping views of the hills as your backdrop.

The villa was designed by a local architect who reinterpreted traditional Puglian building principles into a warm, contemporary style. Local stone, wood and clean lines come together in a harmonious composition that is both functional and beautiful. Large windows bring the outdoors in, allowing natural light and panoramic views to flood the space throughout the day. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen, dining table and lounge, all flowing seamlessly out to the terrace. There are three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Every bedroom also has its own private terrace — the perfect place to take in the view in peace.

Outside, the true highlight awaits: a heated infinity pool, a spacious covered terrace for al-fresco lunches, an outdoor kitchen with a Green Egg, and multiple lounge areas. The rooftop terrace crowns it all, offering the most stunning views. Casamorella is not only visually striking, but also fully self-sufficient — a home where luxury and sustainability go hand in hand. Within minutes, you can reach charming villages such as Ceglie Messapica and Cisternino, while the beaches of Costa Merlata are just a 15-minute drive away. An ideal base for discovering the best of Puglia, where each day brings a new choice between culture, nature or the sea.
