Casanguilla is set quietly and privately in the middle of the olive groves on a large private property. The house consists of three buildings with their own entrance: the main building, an annex, and an authentic lamia. There are three double bedrooms spread over the three buildings. This makes the accommodation especially suitable for families with older children who have their own place to sleep in the annex or the lamia.

Main building:

• Living/dining room with a lounge corner by the fireplace, dining table, sideboard, and sliding doors on both sides that open onto the terrace and an internal patio
• Fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge, oven, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster
• Bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), built-in wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom with an authentic stone sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.

Lamia:

• Bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm) built into a niche
• Bathroom with authentic stone sink and shower
• Via an external narrow staircase, you reach the small roof terrace of the Lamia
• There is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well is the house equipped with air conditioning. There is no television.

Annex:

• Spacious bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.
• Ceiling-high sliding doors provide direct access to a partially screened-in terrace with an outdoor shower/bathtub

Outside:
The private grounds are no less than 16,000m2, of which two hectares of olive groves surround the house. Outside you will find:

• A sheltered swimming pool (40m² and 1.50 deep) with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool is open from June to October.
• An external kitchen with a barbecue and a dining table for up to 8 people (under the pergola)
• A covered terrace (next to the living room) with a built-in lounge area
• Parking spaces with a charging point for electric cars

Services:
On request (and for a fee) a private chef can come to your home, breakfast can be provided, as well as cooking lessons, and extra cleaning service can be arranged.

Extra information:

Casanguila is set in rural surroundings and has a natural garden with olive trees. Be aware that you might find small bugs outside, leaves in the pool on windy days, or little flies. As well due to its location the wifi-connection might not be stable all the time.
