Crockery and kitchen utensils are included. The bedroom has a lovely double bed and the mezzanine is equipped with two single mattresses and bedside lamps. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation amount must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, there will be no refund of the deposit. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks, there will be no refund of the total rent. We therefore recommend cancellation insurance.
The owners request a deposit for 1000 Euro. You must transfer this amount to Nice2stay together with the (remaining) payment of the rent. If you leave the house well and no damage has been found, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days after departure from the house.
