- The ground-level house has a beautiful open living room with a luxury design kitchen. The handmade olive green kitchen has a cooking island and is fitted with professional equipment such as a 5-zone electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and an oven;
- The dining and living area features a round dining table for four people, a comfortable sofa and armchair as well as a wood stove. Double doors give access to the front terrace;
- To the left and right of the living room are the two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom including a shower, toilet, sink and in one of the bathrooms a washing machine;
- Both bedrooms have high-quality box spring beds and air conditioning. Besides, there are spacious fitted wardrobes, including a bookcase.
Outside:
- Next to the house is an olive grove where you will find a hammock for a relaxing siesta;
- On the other side of the house, is the (with solar panels) heated infinity pool (3x8m) with over the entire width a staircase where children can play. Next to the pool is a sun terrace with luxurious loungers, a parasol, and an outdoor shower (with hot water);
- A little higher up is an outdoor kitchen under construction, but you can already try out your creative cooking skills on the Basale design grill and the pizza oven.
