This old Jesuit monastery from the 16th century has been carefully restored with respect for its original architecture and old charm and complemented with modern comfort, elegance, and luxury.

The gardens of the estate are impressive! Enjoy a cup of coffee or aperitif on the sheltered patio, walk through the old cork forests, and relax on the sunbeds at the infinity pool while enjoying the tranquility and view over the old olive groves. Sporty guests can play paddle on the paddle court or choose from one of the excursions on offer, such as horseback riding or nature trips. You can also explore the historic cities of Évora, Estremoz, or Monsaraz yourself (or with a guide) or get acquainted with traditional arts and crafts in nearby authentic villages.

Castelo Ventoso is a beautifully renovated country house set on an impressive private estate covered with olive and cork trees. The large mansion is decorated with authenticity and style and offers elegant living areas and eight bedrooms (for 16 people). It is an ideal place for a memorable holiday with family or friends to enjoy peace, privacy, luxury, and comfort.

- In the authentic part of the house, near the large living room are:
  - two classic double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms
  - one bedroom (with connecting door to a classic ensuite room) with two single beds and a private bathroom in the corridor
- A corridor from the entrance hall provides access to 4 modern ensuite double bedrooms with access to the garden
- There is an additional double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in the former horse stable (entrance from outside)

Outside (300 ha):

Castelo Ventoso is set on a beautiful estate with cork trees and hundred-year-old olive trees where you can stroll around. In addition, you will find the following facilities:

The unique and spacious living and bedrooms are characterized by a calm and serene ambiance with warm parquet or old tiled floors, earthy colors, and chic rural interiors. The living room is an attractive meeting place with various sofas and an impressive blue tile wall with typical Portuguese 'azulejos'.
