Chez le Vigneron stands on a 1.2 hectare estate and consists of the main house for 10 persons and the former barn which has been transformed into a lovely gîte for 4 persons. Chez le Vigneron is a stylish mix of French bric-a-brac and contemporary design. The old tile floors, original wooden beams and walls and the autenthic fireplaces give the house a warm, homely feel while the elegant furniture, unique decoration pieces and works of art provide a modern touch.
On the ground floor of the main house you will find a large living room where you can light the wood-burning stove in winter and where it stays nice and cool in summer. Adjacent is the dining room and further on the large and well-equipped kitchen. There are also books, games and a TV with a google chromecast that you can use. Furthermore, there are 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds and 3 spacious bathrooms. The separate gîte is a nice place for couples or a family and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The gîte also has its own kitchen and a cosy sitting area with wood stove for colder evenings.
Outside, there is plenty of space for everyone to sunbathe, swim in the 11-metre pool, dine or simply relax in the shade of the ancient olive trees. Outside you will find a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen. Get fresh produce from one of the markets in the area and light up the large gas BBQ. Chez le Vigneron is situated in complete privacy on 1.2 hectares of land. It consists of two buildings, the main house and a gîte, which together can accommodate 14 people. Outside the summer months, you can also rent just the main house for up to 10 people at a lower rental price.
Main house:
180 m²
- Spacious, open living room with large sitting area with corner sofa, lounge chairs and beautiful furniture. In the original fireplace a new wood stove is built for cooler evenings and fire wood is available.
- Dining room with dining table, wood stove and a bar with high stools adjacent to the kitchen.
- The kitchen is equipped with: gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, soda stream for making fizzy water, toaster, blender, grill, ice cube machine and other cooking utensils.
- Bathroom adjacent to the kitchen, with toilet, washbasin, washing machine and dryer.
- Playroom with bookcase, games and a TV with chromecast. Through this room you can take the stairs to the bedrooms in the attic and you have access to the master suite on the ground floor.
