Here you can spend lazy afternoons lounging on plush sofas, while the gentle breeze carries the scent of pine and eucalyptus. Comporta Court accommodates up to 10 adults in four bedrooms with luxurious en-suite bathrooms, as well as the self-contained apartment. Each of the bedrooms has a private outdoor seating area and a unique view of the soaring pine trees, ensuring comfort & privacy for all. 

The centerpiece of the villa is the stunning infinity pool - a shimmering oasis framed by olive trees and Mediterranean shrubs. Ground floor:

  • Open-plan living and kitchen area: The living room is adorned with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, which allow you to enjoy the stunning nature from the comfort of the cozy couches in the living room. In the adjacent kitchen, you will find a dining table for 10 persons and all necessary cooking appliances such as an induction stove, fridge, oven, microwave, etc. 
  • From here you can also access the terraces on three sides of the house including the pool deck. 
  • There are 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds (160cm x 200cm) and 1 with two single beds (90cm x 200cm), which can also be pushed together if necessary. Each bedroom opens onto a private, decked terrace.
  • All bedrooms have a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and WC.
  • A self-contained apartment with a plush double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a kitchenette with essentials like fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and an induction cooktop. There is also a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink & WC. You can access the apartment both from indoors & outdoors.
  • On this floor you will also find a guest bathroom with a sink & WC, as well as the laundry room with a washing machine.

First floor:

  • Luxurious master bedroom with a double bed (200cm x 200cm) and a dressing area with fitted wardrobes & a minibar. Adjacent is the marble bathroom with  double sinks, two walk-in showers, panoramic bathtub and access to the private balcony with an outdoor shower. From the bedroom you can also access the large private terrace with a lounge area and views over the lush forest.

Outdoor area | 12 hectares

  • Solar heated pool (18m x 6m & 2m depth) surrounded by several sun beds & parasols.
  • Outdoor lounge areas spread throughout 3 terraces offering both covered and fully sun-lit areas.
  • Outdoor dining area for 10 people.
  • Private tennis court.

  • The villa is perfectly secluded and there are no direct neighbours.
  • There is a floor cooling & heating system in the living area and the master bedroom to ensure a comfortable temperature. The remaining rooms all have air conditioning. 
  • There is an electric gate.
  • The property is not suitable for small children due to safety reasons.
