Accessed via a private driveway, CoraZazen is a detached, fully equipped holiday home located in the heart of the beautiful Axarquia region of Spain - close to a number of charming, whitewashed villages and not far from the vibrant cities of Granada and Malaga, it’s also only 25 minutes from the beach.
Interior layout (120m2):
Single story holiday accommodation with open-plan, live-in kitchen.
- Living room with open fire and comfortable sitting area, large dining table, cabinet crammed with beautiful crockery and glasses, sonos sound system and smart TV.
- Large windows provide plenty of light
- Kitchen with large Smeg cooker, Delonghi espresso machine and windows overlooking the pool area.
- Utility room with refrigerator and washing machine.
- Children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The two lower beds can be extended to sleep up to six children in total. Located side by side, they each measure 80 cm in width.
- Two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. One bed measures 150x200 cm and the other 180x200 cm.
- A third bathroom with bathtub, wash basin and toilet.
The stylish interior is characterised by a superior finish, quality materials and accessories from a variety of top brands (Loods5, Zenza, Zara, LifeStyle).
Exterior layout:
- From every room original wooden doors open onto the terraces that envelop the property.
- To the front of the holiday villa is a pretty covered terrace with large dining table and magnificent views over the valley and the mountains beyond; an idyllic setting for leisurely evening meals.
- A separate terrace located to the side of property; the perfect place for reading a book or practicing yoga
- The bedrooms at the rear of the holiday home open out onto an additional covered terrace where you can play table tennis
- The pool terrace is uncluttered and boasts a bespoke lounge area.
- The outdoor shower has a great view of the mountain La Morama and gives an immense sense of freedom
- The 8x4 metre swimming pool can be heated during the low season. The swimming pool is heated by solar energy, which means that a consistent temperature cannot always be guaranteed.
- An outdoor kitchen with BBQ enhances the sense of outdoor living.
- Covered parking is located at the rear of the property.

With two sons of their own, the friendly owners have made sure that there’s plenty to keep your kids entertained:
- A dedicated children’s bedroom with two cozy bunk beds, where up to six children can sleep, watch a film or enjoy a fun game on the PlayStation.
- A treehouse provides the ultimate hideaway for older children.
- The pool area is located just a few steps below the property and can be closed off to enable your little ones to explore the gardens safely.
- CoraZazen also benefits from a playing field for kids to enjoy themselves.
- There are also board games for cozy evenings inside, as well as pool and outdoor games

- Foodies will find cooking on the designer SMEG hob an absolute delight! There’s also a large, functional refrigerator in the utility room.
- The living room and bedrooms all benefit from doors opening directly onto the terraces that surround the holiday home. This means that there’s always a welcome spot of sun or shade, regardless of the hour.
- The windows are equipped with mosquito screens, enabling guests to choose between air conditioning and sleeping in the fresh air.
- The interior and exterior dining tables have been imported from Indonesia and are quite simply stunning.
- A soothing massage can be arranged in the tree house (or anywhere else in and around the property) upon request. Highly recommended!
