Cortijo las Majadillas consists of the main house with two ensuite bedrooms and an annex with a fully equipped apartment with its own living/dining area and ensuite bedroom. The accommodation is rented in its entirety and is, therefore, ideal for a family with older children who can sleep in the apartment and enjoy their privacy. This space is also suitable for couples who would like some extra privacy.

The layout of the cortijo is as follows:

Main house:

• The patio gives access to the house, which features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen at its heart. The kitchen has a cooking island annex bar with a few bar stools. The kitchen also has an oven, microwave, induction hob, espresso machine, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.
• To one side of the kitchen is a dining area with a dining table and doors that open onto the terrace, which overlooks the pool.
• On the other side of the kitchen is a cozy sitting area with a wood-burning stove and a comfortable sofa.
• From this sitting area, a passage leads to the sleeping area of ​​the main house.
• Here you will find a second living room with a lounge sofa, a small table for two, and access to the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed (160x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. One of the bedrooms also has a private terrace with two chairs.
• The house has a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
• Experience refreshing comfort in the spacious living area (kitchen-dining-lounge) and the cozy attic bedroom (apartment), thanks to the provided air conditioning. The other two rooms naturally maintain a cool temperature as they are partially underground, rendering air conditioning unnecessary

Apartment:

• You enter the apartment into a charming living/dining area with a small table and a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, espresso machine, sink, and a hob. There is also a separate lounge area.
• A narrow built-in staircase leads up to the bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) with air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower.
• It is possible to enter the kitchen of the apartment from the second bedroom of the main house.

Outside:

The Cortijo is located on a closed private property (1500m2) with various terraces and areas around the house (on different levels) that are fully equipped for a relaxing day. Here you'll find:

• A terrace (adjacent to the main house) with an outdoor table and a few steps lower an area with a lounge corner
• A few steps down is the saltwater swimming pool (8x4m and 1.50m deep) with a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers, thatched umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.
• There are also several areas around the house with some lounge chairs
• There is ample parking space
