The historic building from 1400 was very tastefully renovated in 2010 by Italian craftsmen with authentic materials. The family maintains the house with much love and dedication.

Building 1:

This historic building consists of four tastefully, furnished apartments with a modern Italian design, interspersed with old historical details and building materials. All apartments have a private terrace with outdoor furniture.

This building used to be an olive press and has been transformed with love and dedication by the Italian owners into three beautiful apartments. Outside @ Countryhouse Le Carpine:

You can eat together in the central square in front of the house. From the square you have access to the pool area. The shared swimming pool, with lighting, is 10x7m and 1.4m deep. There is also a separate smaller bath with jet-stream function, which is next to the pool and is perfect for the children. On the adjoining terrace, with sun loungers and parasols, you can enjoy the sun from early in the morning till sunset. Around the villa there are terraces with tables and chairs, a pizza oven, a bbq and a private parking area. You can make use of common laundry and drying facilities and the WIFI internet connection.
