Das Farmhaus is a home like no other! Located in a panoramic and quiet spot in the German Moselle area, this luxurious barn-style house was newly and sustainably built with high-quality wood and immersed in all modern comfort and a cool design including furniture classics from Charles & Ray, Eames, and Artemide.

The six bedrooms - with modular layouts that meet different family sizes and needs of young and old - can accommodate a total of 14 people, ideal for large families with enough space for everyone. And that is exactly what Das Farmhaus is all about, being together! There is a spacious open living/dining room with a chic kitchen for cooking together, an in-home theater for shared movie nights, and a fitness and yoga room in the attic.

There is also no shortage of facilities outside, the list is truly impressive! A heated pool with a roof in the middle of the flowering garden, a sauna with a relaxation room, and a hot tub. The greenhouse with loungers and a small snack garden with vegetables is just as special. For barbecue evenings there is a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen and grill and on summer evenings you can gather around the fire pit. For an optimal holiday feel, a private chef is available and fresh bread can be delivered to your home every day. In addition, there is an honesty bar and a stocked wine fridge with local wines.

Children are very welcome at Das Farmhaus! This is reflected in playful details in the home such as a stair slide and child-friendly decorations and furniture. In addition, there are indoor and outdoor play areas and toys for hours of entertainment.

Even though you can spend your holiday entirely in and around the house, the beautiful region invites you to go on excursions. Hiking trails and mountain bike tours through the vineyards start right in front of the house. You can taste wine at local wineries, and several picturesque Moselle villages are close by to be explored. In addition, water sports enthusiasts will be happy with the private motorboat of the house for sailing on the Moselle River.

The house offers room for 14 people and numerous chill-out areas inside and outside to enjoy being together. The house is luxuriously equipped and a real family paradise with countless facilities for young and old.

  • Open living/dining room with a large dining table and a lounge area with a modular sofa and designer (gas) fireplace
  • Luxuriously equipped kitchen with, among other things, two ovens (including a steam oven), hob, integrated extractor hood, large refrigerator, separate wine refrigerator, honesty bar, Senseo and classic espresso machine (Bialetti), toaster, blender, and a dishwasher
  • There are 6 bedrooms that are modular/convertible to accommodate varied sleeping situations and family sizes.
    • Bedroom 1 is a sitting room/small bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for children or teenagers
    • Bedroom 2 has a modular family bed, consisting of a double bed with a COCO-MAT mattress (160x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm). The beds can be put together to create a large sleeping area or can be separated.
    • Bedroom 3 is a family room and has a custom-made family bunk bed with (underneath) a double bed with a COCO-MAT mattress (180x200cm) and a loft bed also with a COCO-MAT mattress (90x200cm)
    • Bedroom 4 has two modular design bunk beds, each 90x200cm, with COCO-MAT mattresses. 
    • Bedroom 5, like bedroom 3, is a family room and has a custom-made family bunk bed with (underneath) a double bed with a COCO-MAT mattress (180x200cm) and a loft bed also with a COCO-MAT mattress (90x200cm)
    • Bedroom 6 has a custom-made bunk bed with COCO-MAT mattresses, consisting of two beds of 90x200cm, ideal for children
  • There are three bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bath
  • There is a private cinema with a large screen and surround sound system with Sonos-Arc. Digital television programs and all streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. are available in the cinema
