The authentic building was recently renovated with local hand-made materials and enlarged with a modern extension of glass. The interior is inspired by its surroundings and the colors of the island. Expect antique wooden furniture, warm sand tones, original decorations on the walls, and blue accents in the color of the sea. The whole is attractive and gives a chic beach vibe.
In addition to a bright open-plan living room with ceiling-to-ceiling windows and an unobstructed sea view, there are two romantic en-suite bedrooms and panoramic terraces, framed by a garden with Mediterranean plants and as a highlight an exclusive heated plunge pool, perfect for spring and autumn.
Dimora di Circe is an ideal home to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. Sunbathe on the sand, take a cooling dip in the sea or take a moment for yourself with a good book on the lounge sofas. The evening is perfect for an al-fresco dinner at the dining table, with the added bonus of the calm sea at your feet!
However, the house is also an excellent base for exploring the alluring southeast of Sicily: The Vendicari Nature Reserve, the characteristic fishing villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo, and the beautiful baroque towns of Noto and Modica are all nearby (only half an hour's drive) to discover.

Unique beach house for 4 people with heated pool in Sicily
Dimora di Circe is a single-story modern holiday home (80m2), with room for 4 people. The house is located directly on the beach and has a large terrace and a private plunge pool. The layout is as follows:
- Open-plan living room with a double corner sofa, rocking chair, and dining table for 4 people. Large sliding doors open onto the terrace.
- The living room has a sideboard and a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, and Espresso machine.
- From the living room, you have access (through glass doors) to a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
- The second bedroom is only accessible from the outside and has a double bed and patio doors to the terrace. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.
- The house has a washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and satellite television.
Outside:
The house is surrounded by a garden (500m2) with Mediterranean plants. Here you will find:
- A partially covered terrace (100m2) with a sea view. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, loungers, and 2 comfortable sofas.
- A heated plunge pool (3x2 m / depth: 0.3-0.6 m) and an outdoor shower. The pool can be heated to 26°C for a fee of €200 per week
