Dimora San Venanzio is a beautifully renovated villa for 8 people located on a wine estate in a quiet and idyllic hilly landscape. Equipped with all luxurious comfort and numerous hotel services, this is a perfect stay for families (or friends) who love peace and exclusivity. The villa is spread over two floors and has the following layout:

Ground floor:

• Very spacious modern country-style kitchen with large windows and beautiful sideboard. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, and blender
• Bathroom
• A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer

First floor:

• Four bedrooms, two with a king-size double bed (240x200cm), one with a double sofa bed, and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom
• The bathrooms are equipped with a bidet, toilet, shower, or bath, a complete set of Grown Alchemist care products, bathrobes, and slippers.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, and central heating.

Outside:
The villa stands on a private terrain of approximately 5,000 m2 and has luxurious outdoor areas to eat, relax and play

• Terrace (reachable from the kitchen ) with outdoor table for 8 people and Ofyr barbecue
• Large saltwater swimming pool (15 m x 7.5 m and 1.40 deep). The swimming pool is open from May to September, weather permitting. On the sun terrace around the pool are luxurious sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower. Here you will also find a large lounge corner with two large lounge sofas and a dining table
• There are parking spaces on site.
