Domaine de Capies is an intimate estate comprising just four holiday apartments, in the South of France. The charming accommodation shares an amazing, 20-metre long infinity swimming pool with relaxing views over the surrounding hills and vineyards.
Three of the apartments are ideal for families, the other is more suitable for a couple. An additional guest room was recently added to the accommodation on offer. Each apartment boasts its own unique charm and benefits from a private terrace. The decor is the embodiment of simplicity; atmospheric, warm and tasteful. The large garden is a genuine delight; the (lockable) 20-metre long swimming pool is ideal for a few refreshing laps, there are hammocks among the trees, a playground with trampoline and swings, a tree house, and chickens that provide fresh eggs every morning.
The Barn Bar is another highlight; a convivial meeting place that’s perfect for pizza nights, a game of pool or a well-earned drink at the bar. Tilly also enjoys sharing her passion for cooking by preparing fresh meals using local ingredients including; Sunday Brunch, Monday-market meals and a range of delicious pool snacks.

Marin | 30m2 | 2 adults plus 1-2 childs This room is located on the ground floor of the main farmhouse. The double bedroom has a door to the main back terrace, where there is a private area with BBQ, table and two chairs. The kitchenette has an oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. There is a dining table and a sitting area with a sofa. Le Marin has its own entrance from the front. The underfloor heating is a real plus during the cooler months. It is suitable for a couple plus a child. The owners can add an extra bed for a second child at no extra cost. It is also perfect to combine with a stay in Jasmin or Etoile if you need extra space.
Domaine de Capies enjoys a quiet rural location 30 minutes' drive from the city of Carcassonne and 1 hour 20 minutes from Toulouse.
The domain is an hour's drive from the Mediterranean and 12 minutes from Limoux, a famous wine region. Guided tours of wineries can be organized. While the house is relatively secluded, there are 5 minutes drive to find two villages (Alaigne and Villelongue) with a bakery, grocery, tobacco and a café. Fresh baguettes, croissants and pain au chocolat.
