Maison:
The main building, known as the Maison, spans 380 m² and provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for 15 guests.

• The fully equipped kitchen features an island and modern appliances such as multiple ovens (3), induction cooktops (2), a dishwasher (Miele professional), and two large refrigerators (with freezers). The spacious kitchen offers ample work and storage space, ideal for preparing meals for large groups. In the cellar, there are also two large fridge/freezer combinations available.
• The Maison has 6 bedrooms, two of which are family rooms due to an interconnecting door that links the rooms. Three of these bedrooms are located on the first floor, and three on the second floor.
• All beds in the Maison are double beds measuring 180 x 200 cm, except for one bed in the interconnecting children's room, which measures 160 x 200 cm.
• There are also luxury sofa beds available for extra guests. One sofa bed is located in a bedroom on the first floor, and another in the living room on the second floor.
• The Maison has four bathrooms. On the first floor, there are two bathrooms, each with a bath, shower, and toilet. On the second floor, there are two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet.
• The bathrooms in the Maison are ensuite to the bedrooms, ensuring extra privacy and comfort.
• All bedrooms are equipped with a separately controlled air conditioning unit.

The Gîte + Poolhouse:
The gîte and poolhouse together cover 160 m², providing a cozy and intimate space for 4-6 guests.

• The gîte has one bedroom on the ground floor. The poolhouse has an additional bedroom, which is ideal for guests who prefer more privacy.
• The bedroom in the gîte has a bed of 160 x 200 cm, while the poolhouse features a bed of 180 x 200 cm.
• In the gîte, there is a luxury sofa bed available in the living room, providing extra sleeping space.
• The gîte has one bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet. The poolhouse has a bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet.
• The bathroom in the poolhouse is ensuite to the bedroom, while in the gîte, the bathroom and bedroom are separated by a hallway.

Both the Maison and the Gîte have washing machines and dryers.

Outdoor Facilities:
The estate covers a vast 50,000 m².

• There is a pergola at the base of the poolhouse that can be covered.
• Various outdoor tables and lounges accommodate about twenty people, ideal for outdoor meals or working outside.
• A gas barbecue is available for outdoor cooking.
• The swimming pool measures 5 x 8 meters and is 1.50 meters deep. It is heated by a heat pump with an adjustable temperature and features a cover. The pool is surrounded by a low wall with wooden barriers at the entrances and is equipped with a safety alarm. The pool has a remote control for opening and closing and must be closed by 10:00 PM in the evening. The poolhouse has a toilet, shower, and changing room.
• The garden is fenced, providing a safe and private space. Although the estate has several manual gates, there is no electric gate. Parking is available on the property, and there is a municipal parking lot with charging stations for electric vehicles nearby (approx. 100 m).
