The excellently maintained domain Laudonie is beautifully situated in the hills of the Dordogne.

The heart of the 53-hectare estate is the pretty courtyard surrounded by the Manoir and three tower houses that can accommodate 2 to 12 people.

Layout Manoir | 12 persons

The house has two floors, each consisting of three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms fitted with a shower and toilet (except a bathroom fitted with a bath).

Bedroom layout

• three bedrooms with a king-size bed,
• a bedroom with two single beds
• two bedrooms with a queen-size bed

On the ground floor there is a large and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a lounge and a laundry room.

The living areas open onto the terraced garden overlooking the valley. This is the ideal place to have breakfast, to rest in the shade in the afternoon or to enjoy the setting sun.

Layout North Tower | 2 - 3 persons

The North Tower, spread over two floors has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a lounge and a private terrace. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a bath and a toilet.

Layout East Tower | 2 - 3 people

Tower East is similar to Tower North & West in terms of accommodation. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a private terrace. The ensuite bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and a shower and toilet in the bathroom. It is possible to add an extra bed in the living room, allowing 3 people to stay. It is possible to book the South Tower of the estate as well, allowing a total of 6 people to stay. 

Layout South Tower | 4 persons

The South Tower is the smallest of the four and can only be rented together with one of the other houses. This is always on request depending on availability. The house is equipped with a kitchen, a cozy living room, a lounge, a private terrace, a large bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. An ideal spot for older children/adults.

Layout West Tower | 2 - 3 persons

The West Tower, spread over two floors is similar in accommodation to the North Tower and has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a lounge and a private terrace. The ensuite bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and a shower and toilet in the bathroom.

All rooms are equipped with bathroom and pool towels, Wifi, and a safe.

Outside

• The 53-hectare estate is very well cared for and features a shared swimming pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers. The shared pool is not heated and accessible from April/May to October.
• Pool house is equipped with a sauna, a toilet, a shower, a changing room and a kitchenette.
• There is also a tennis court (open throughout the year) and a bocce court

Service

• For an extra charge, fresh croissants can be delivered daily
• Upon arrival a breakfast package provided with coffee, tea, sugar, milk, butter, jam and chocolate spread.

Details

• The janitor's house is located behind the swimming pool. A wall lined with greenery guarantees a sense of privacy. The concierge is at your service for troubleshooting and answering questions.
• The difference in price for the above towers, has to do with the number of m2 available for each tower. Tower East is the largest tower (with a very spacious living room), Tower North is a bit smaller and Tower West is the smallest. 
• Tower East can be combined well with the other towers. So you can host people to come and eat (up to 6 to 8 people at the table).
• Tower North is good to combine with the other towers. So you can receive people to come and eat (up to 4 to 6 people at the table).
• Tower West can be combined well with Tower South, for 1 to a maximum of 2 children extra.
