The country home was originally built in 1780, with an Art Deco wing later being added in 1934. The current owners have completely renovated the property, transforming it into a luxury holiday home that' s suitable for families or friends sharing (up to 12-14 people). The property is exceptionally comfortable and spacious, both inside and out. There's a large, extremely well equipped kitchen, dining room, atmospheric living room with fireplace and grand piano, a library and even a 'cinema', as well as seven romantic 'boutique hotel' bedrooms, six of which additionally benefit from modern en-suite bathrooms.
The landscaped park garden features a superb heated swimming pool, a pretty terrace with large table for convivial al-fresco dining and, of course, a quality BBQ. The immediate surroundings are just waiting to be discovered! Meander through verdant vineyards or stroll through 2 hecatre of beautiful private parkland, under the welcome shade of 200-year-old trees. A stay at this wine estate is truly unforgettable, with every season offering a fresh perspective. Domaine Saint Hilaire is a beautiful working wine estate that’s idyllically situated in the heart of Languedoc region of the South of France and only a short distance from the sea. The elegant country house, which is nestled between sprawling private parklands and an award-winning vineyard, can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. You’ll be immediately impressed upon arrival. An antique door opens into a stylishly furnished holiday home. There’s a sleek, well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, which leads into a lovely dining room, where guests can admire pool and park views. Antique French chandeliers and tiled floors combine effortlessly with contemporary finishing touches, whilst the estate’s rich history is evidenced from artefacts belonging to the former owner, the famous baron Hilaire Reynaud, who gave the property the name Saint Hilaire when he purchased it in 1817.
The holiday accommodation is exceptionally spacious, with a variety of different living spaces. Enjoy a board game in the living room with fireplace, grab a book from the library or watch a movie in the 'cinema'.

Two extra beds could be placed
Comfortable beds with luxurious feather duvets and white bed linen guarantee a sound night’s sleep.
If you want 7 bedrooms for 14 people, you must request this (the extra costs are 500 euros). The 7th room is located in a separate but adjoining wing of the house, members of the vineyard team have access to the corridor on which it is located. The room has its own en-suite bathroom, large walk-in shower and two single beds that can be changed into a king-size bed.

- Participate in the grape “reception” in the winery, helping with sorting and destemming the bunches
- Watch the head winemaker pressing the white wine grapes or putting the red wine grapes directly into the fermentation tanks
- Enjoy a wine tasting with tapas. You will taste a selection of our wines with an explanation of the differences between how each is made and will learn more about paring food and wine
