Dun Aluinn is set in a stunning location overlooking the town of Aberfeldy and the vast River Tay. This old stately 19th-century Victorian mansion has been carefully restored and refurbished to create a truly luxurious, relaxed, and contemporary atmosphere.

Through the large wooden front door, you enter the impressive entrance hall that leads to the intimate lounge with a fireplace. Their is a professional kitchen, but you can also use the private chef services catered by award-winning Ballintaggart Farm. The adjoining dining room features a real piece of art, a handcrafted oak and bronze table that seats 20! There is also a TV room and second lounge, a cinema room with Bose Surround Sound, and a fantastic playroom for the younger guests with books and toys. There are nine individually styled ensuite bedrooms, including two with a free-standing bath with views over the valley.

Adding to the beauty of Dun Aluinn are 2.5 ha of private gardens, a wood-fired Finnish hot tub - nestled in the woods next to the house - and a large deck with a fire pit to enjoy the spectacular views. During your stay, there you have a private butler and the Dun Aluinn team at your service with daily morning cleaning and turndown service in the evening.
