Interior

• El Fresno Blanco is a well-appointed holiday villa for 8 people.
• Open kitchen-dining room with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Side-by- Side refrigerator (ice cubes present), freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, blender, hand blender, magic bullet, toaster, juicer, sandwich maker, and water dispenser. There is provision for own drinking water!
• The dining room features a large dining table and French doors that open to the outdoor kitchen
• There are four bedrooms, three of which are on the ground floor and one in the tower room (2nd floor and accessible via the staircase), each with a double box-spring bed, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom, blackout curtains, and patio doors to the terrace.
• The bathrooms have a sink, rain shower, and toilet. There are two hairdryers.
• Satellite antenna and TV with Dutch and Western European channels and Netflix
• Alarm system (activated if desired)
• Washer and dryer in a separate room available
• The garden and ground floor of the house is wheelchair friendly
• On the first floor, is a large veranda with a lounge sofa and large dining table
• All rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating
• Good WIFI connection in and around the house

• The apartment on the first floor is private (except the large veranda) and is not rented. If you rent El Fresno Blanco no one will be staying here, privacy granted!

Outside

• The garden (2000 m2) is flat and completely walled. The garden is newly laid out, but also has old trees such as the pine trees, Jacaranda, carob tree, and the red pepper tree. They provide welcome shady spots. The garden is a real paradise with palms, olive trees, and a fruit orchard.
• In the garden is a covered dining area with a Broil King BBQ and a 3-meter long dining table. From the table, you have beautiful views on the sea and the mountains.
• There are 10 luxurious sunbeds with cushions and umbrellas on the various sun terraces at the poolside. There are also two lounge sofas and several cozy corners with seats. The outdoor furniture is from the brand 4 Seasons.
• The swimming pool (10 x 5 meters, 1.80 deep) is cleaned with a saltwater solution and can be heated on request (you can also cover the pool). There are a water slide and a waterfall, lots of fun for the kids.
• There is an outdoor shower.
• The entrance is equipped with an electric gate with intercom. The driveway leads to the spacious grounds where easily four cars can be parked.
