El Toro Blanco is a modern, beautifully finished house, which is suitable for up to 8 persons. It’s location is truly unique; the house lies amidst olive groves, offering views over the valley but at only a five-minute drive from the pretty tourist town of Ronda, centrally located in Andalucía. The house is located on a completely private lot of 2 acres of grounds. It exudes peaceful tranquility and guarantees guests complete privacy.

The house was designed by it’s Dutch owners. Creating light and space were the focal points during the design of the villa, inside as well as outside. The sun lights up the rooms through the many windows, like the 5 meters tall windows in the living room, which has an adjoining open kitchen that is equipped with every thinkable modern comfort

The layout:

•  You will enter the house through the imposing, massive wooden door and walk right into the atmospheric living room with an open fire place and high windows.
•  The modern, open kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities, like a quooker, a large cooking stove and a five meters long dining table. From the kitchen you have direct access to the sunlit terrace.
•  Downstairs you will also find a neutrally decorated bedroom with airconditioning that borders on the garden.
•  From the spacious, light hallway on the first floor, you will enter the second living room, which has an open fire place, a television set (all 3 televisions are able to receive Dutch TV channels) apple TV, apple airport and a WE game computer.
•  The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, the colorful children’s room has two single beds. The rooms lie adjacent to the hall, from which you can look down into the kitchen and the living area, which provides a nice, spacious effect. Both bedrooms are equipped with airconditioning.
•  All of the bathrooms are fitted with a rain shower, washbasins and walk-in closets. The children’s room has it’s own toilet.
•  At the top floor of the house a surprise awaits you; the space is a huge loft of 120m2. Because of it’s many windows and interior decoration, this is a lovely, peaceful place to dwell. With a large bathroom, a walk-in shower, a stand-alone bathtub and a private balcony, you can enjoy maximum privacy here. This room also has it’s own large TV. From the huge bed (220x200 meters) you can enjoy the view over the valley. The loft also has airconditioning.
•  There is a cellar at the lowest level of the house, where you will also find a washing room and where young guest can enjoy themselves with a table-tennis match.

The outside areas are all directed towards the sun, which is abundantly present in Andalucía. During breakfast you can enjoy the first rays of sunlight at the large dining table. The location of the seating area, which also has a dining table and a BBQ at the other side of the house, was designed in a way that makes it possible to enjoy the sunset from here. The large swimming pool of 13 x 5 meters is located at a slightly lower level. The pool is surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and a lounge chair. The trampoline, which was lowered into the ground, the play house and the huge lawn guarantee long hours of playing fun for the youngest guests.
