On the ground floor is an open-plan living with a sofa bed (for a child of max. 13 years) and a kitchenette equipped with an oven, 2-zone hob, Nespresso machine, and refrigerator. Outside (180 m²) the villas have a panoramic terrace with a covered outdoor table, a lounge sofa, a gas barbecue, a design fire pit, a private parking space, and, last but not least, a private swimming pool with luxury loungers.
The third villa is on one level and suitable for 6 people. It has 3 double bedrooms with comfortable beds with Cocomat mattresses and two luxury bathrooms. The villa has an open-plan living room with a kitchenette equipped with an oven, a 2-zone hob, a Nespresso machine, and a refrigerator. Outside (180m²) the villa has a panoramic terrace with a covered outdoor table, a lounge sofa, a gas barbecue, a design fire pit, a hammock, a private parking space, and a private swimming pool with luxury loungers.
All villas have air conditioning, a satellite Smart TV, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, bathrobes and toiletries in the bathrooms, and a washing machine and dryer. The swimming pools are heated in the months of April, May, September, and October.
