L'Ermitage is an exceptional accommodation located near a picturesque river and offers views of the fields and hills. Layout L'Ermitage | 500m² | 14+1 people

• An open plan living with a kitchen/dining room and a living room with a lounge area and central fireplace. Here you will find a large selection of books, board games, and a television for cozy evenings together
• A few steps above the lounge area is a large dining table that connects to the super-equipped kitchen with a kitchen island/bar and various bar stools. The kitchen features high-quality appliances and utensils including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, blender, kettle, and toaster as well as a professional coffee machine, beer tap, and wine cooler.
• There are 7 spacious bedrooms with two single beds (90x200cm) or one double bed (180x200cm) (they can be arranged as you wish) with hotel-quality bed linen. All rooms have a desk and storage spaces.
• Five of the bedrooms have a private ensuite bathroom, two with a bath and shower, two with a shower, and one with a bathtub. The last two bedrooms (on the top floor) share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower
• All bathrooms have separate toilets.
• From the bedrooms on the ground floor, you have direct access to the wooden outdoor terrace.
• The upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning
• Finally, there is a laundry room with a dryer and washing machine

Outdoors:

The house is located on a private plot of 7 hectares with mature trees and views of the fields and the Bidouze river runs along the estate! In the gardens you will find the following facilities:

• Large wooden terrace (300m²) with a dining table for 15-20 people in the shade of the trees, an outdoor kitchen with a bar area, brasero (grill), and plancha
• Fireplace
• Saltwater swimming pool (8.5x4m and 1.50m deep) equipped with aqua bikes and counter-current swimming equipment
• Jacuzzi (next to the pool), available from April to October
• Around the pool and jacuzzi are set up sunbeds, custom-made sofas, and parasols. There is an outdoor shower (with hot water).
• The pool is secured with a pool cover and is heated from May to September.

• In the outdoor play area, there is a pétanque court and children can play ping-pong, football, volleyball, badminton, and do fitness
