Eth Bordac is a fabulous holiday home with a contemporary atmosphere where traditional elements such as exposed beams and the facade with blue shutters elegantly are accompanied by designer furniture and unique artworks. Layout of the house (270 m2)

Downstairs:

• Living room with comfortable chairs, sofa, fireplace, and TV
• Fully equipped design kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, fridge, microwave, oven, and induction cooktop plus a dining table with a large bench and some designer chairs
• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
• There is also WIFI in the house, as well as music docks, DVDs, and books for relaxed hours

First floor

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms which are all equipped with a TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower in Italian style. On the beds, you’ll find fine bed linen and duvets. For stays longer than a week, bed linen and towels are changed.

• Room "Verdiosa" has a double bed (180x200cm).
• Room "Blua" has two single beds (90x200cm) that can also be made up as a double bed.
• Room "Balet" adjoins room "Verdiosa" (accessible via the balcony) and is equipped with a double bed (160x200cm).

Second floor

• Here in the attic, you’ll find room "Travathèts" with a king-size double bed and open plan bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and separate toilet. This room occupies the entire second floor and is also equipped with a TV lounge and library.

Outside

• Beautiful garden with terrace and garden furniture
• Heated swimming pool (8x5m), open from May to October. It is possible that the owners also use the pool, but they will respect your privacy at all times.

Service

• On arrival, you will receive a welcome pack with fresh vegetables, milk, butter, eggs, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks.
• In winter, you can leave your skis and boots in a specially designed room.
• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided on request for a one-off fee.
