Evanthe Garden Diantha (200m2 | 6-10 people) is located on the west coast of Sicily, just 300 meters from a gorgeous sandy beach. This recently built and modern holiday home features a beautiful private swimming pool for exclusive use.
This holiday home is divided over two floors, and it is possible to rent only the ground floor with 6 people.

Ground Floor:

• On the ground floor, you will find a bright and spacious living room with an open kitchen. This space is characterized by large windows overlooking the swimming pool and large sliding doors that give access to the terrace.
• The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, and a toaster. There is also a kitchen bar with a few bar chairs.
• The living room has a dining table with 6 chairs, a comfortable sofa, and an ottoman. A large painting of the salt pans of Trapani and attractive accessories give color to the space.
• A door in the living room takes you to the three bedrooms on this floor.
• Bedroom 1 + 2 have a double bed, a designer chair, and a small desk. Sliding doors provide direct access to the garden.
• Bedroom 3 has two single beds, a desk with a colorful chair, and a striking painting above the headboard.
• On this floor are two modern bathrooms. One bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, and a walk-in shower. The other bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, a bidet, and a bathtub.
• There is also a bath/laundry room with a washing machine.

Lower floor (only accessible from outside and for rent if you are with more than 6 people)

• The entrance door of the lower level opens into the living and dining room with a fully equipped (open) kitchen. In this open space is a sofa, a dining table with 6 chairs, an extra seating area, and a television.
• The kitchen on this level has an electric hob, fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is as well a breakfast bar with two stools.
• There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and a desk with an ottoman. Bedroom 5 has twin beds.
• There are also two beautiful bathrooms, both with a toilet, bidet, a sink, and a walk-in shower.

Outside:

• The house is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with a beautiful lawn, palm trees, and a private terrace which is partly covered with a pergola.
• The terrace is equipped with a dining table with 6 chairs, a seating area, and sun loungers in the garden.
• The private pool is 14 x 6 meters and extends in depth from 1.20 to 1.50 m. It is open from early March to late November and is heated 26 degrees.
• The sun terrace at the poolside is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a seating area. 

Additional information:

• There is also a second house on the property, Gaura, where the owners reside. Although part of the same estate, it is set at a good distance from Diantha, ensuring full privacy for guests during their stay.
